Participating in prominent wind market events has become a recurring agenda for Atlantic Energias Renováveis. In 2019, already incorporated to China General Nuclear Power Group (CGN), the company attended to Fórum Gestão Operacional de Parques Eólicos [Operational Management of Wind Farms Forum] 7th edition, held at Novotel São Paulo Center Norte, performed by Blue Ocean.
The meeting gathered several players of the sector in relevant technical debates on the operation and strategic maintenance of wind farms.
The Operation and Maintenance Manager, Hudson Souza stood for Atlantic at the event. With extensive knowledge and experience in the area, Souza attended as moderator in a Technical Plenary Session and a panel on Staff Management. Within the several themes, he brokered discussions guided by topics such as O&M Management Models, O&M Technical Challenges, Training and Safety Best Practices.
“We are significantly contributing with the sector for one more year. In 2018 I held this event as a speaker, now I’m here as a moderator. It is an enriching experience, that shows how much we are at the forefront of the wind energy market”, Souza says.
“In each debate, I was able to counterpoint different issues and opinions. As a result, I got very positive feedbacks from the audience,” celebrates.
This is the third year in a row that Atlantic is invited to the Fórum Gestão Operacional de Parques Eólicos [Operational Management of Wind Farms Forum]. Souza believes that invitations are great opportunities to contribute to value-added discussions, share good operating practices and positive company results.
With Atlantic’s incorporation into CGN asset portfolio, held in early 2019, our focus now is to strengthen the company’s operations in the country and increasingly share projects in operation and implementation evolution with the market.
