Theater, Candy and even a Robot in Centro Educacional João Paulo II Children’s day

Partnership provides fun and interactive activities

A thursday with no flaws. That was the Children’s day celebration in Centro Educacional João Paulo II, located in Piraquara, Curitiba. An event held with Atlantic Energias support, through volunteer employees of the company.

The action attended 235 children, who had a day filled with joy and smiles provided by a number of fun and interactive activities. The morning began with the presentation of “The Incredible adventure of Sofia and Grandpa Ludovico” played by Barracão EnCena theater signed by William Barbier.  The show introduce us to Sofia and Ludovico, granddaughter and grandpa, in which every night board to the world of imagination, with fun and filled with adventure stories.  

The poetic and recreational play, transmitted to the students a message about the importance of seeing the world in a simpler way, with a children’s eye.  Above all it allowed them to interact with the characters and awaken in themselves the imaginary, by living the adventures narrated and staged by the protagonists.  

Other allures could be enjoyed by the kids: besides face painting, they also had popcorn and cotton candy throughout the day. The scene though, was stolen by Optimus Prime robot, with its LED light and music, brought happiness to teachers and students in the afternoon. In the end the kids received little packages with soap bubbles and sweets. 

Continuous collaboration with Atlantic

João Paulo II educational center is a private and non-profit organization operating since 2007, providing better quality education for low income children in Piraquara. It receives support from Atlantic, which donates the equivalent of a student’s cost/month to each active employee in the company. 

Besides financial support, the company engage in recreational and educational actions arranged by the Center, as this one, with the goal of promoting environmental awareness and citizenship.
